PIG TRAIL MUD RUN – June 8, 2024

SOOOEEEEE! Calling All PIGS! Join us on June 8, 2024 for the 10th annual Pig Trail Mud Run. If you think getting wet and dirty sounds fun and you and your piggy pal team members love to be mentally and physically challenged, then the Pig Trail Mud Run is the race for you! The Pig Trail Mud Run is built and directed by members of the Rotary Club of Springdale, Arkansas and while you have fun, you’ll be helping raise money for significant club projects.

C’mon – get a team together, get off the couch, encourage your team to train a little and join the Pig Trail Mud Run for a day that you’ll only be able to describe as A Muddy Blast!

And plan to stick around for more fun – pig out on food and cold drinks and enjoy some great entertainment at our recovery picnic. Even if you don’t like the idea of running the race yourself, come on out and join the picnic anyway.

This muddy mess is a fundraiser for the Springdale Rotary Club to help pay for the organization’s many local, national, and international projects. A portion of all registration and other fees may be tax-deductible.

The race starts and ends at Ecclesia College and is run on an undeveloped, rustic area of Northwest Arkansas. Located in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks, the course features extreme hills, underbrush and lots of trees, a stream bed and ponds. And that’s before you factor in the ultra-challenging obstacles you’ll have to navigate to complete this 5K race. You may even see a wild boar!

Fun Piglet Corral for Kids!

Bring your piglets to this year’s race and let them wallow and play in the mud while you run. Kids age 4 through 10 are invited to play in the mud, squirt each other with water, and a number of other fun, muddy activities while our volunteers keep watch over them.

They will get dirty! Be sure they are dressed for muddy play and you may want a change of clothes for them after clean-up.

We look forward to giving your piglets some muddy fun while you run. There will be a $10 charge per child to play in the Piglet Corral (collected day of race or at packet pickup). Click here for more information.

Packet pickup will be Friday, June 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ecclesia College in Elm Springs, just off of Highway 112. You can also pick up your packet the morning of the mud run.

Invite your friends, family and co-workers to come race with you or watch you run.  We will have lots of great spectator viewing and it’s free to come watch and check out all the fun! Spectator maps will be available.  Non-runner after party tickets can be purchased for $10 (age 14 and up, kids 13 and under eat free!).

All parking will be charged.  You can pre-pay for $5 (purchase available on Eventbrite or at packet pickup on June 3rd), or you can pay $10 on the day of the race.

No need to worry about where to stash your dry clothes or your phone while you are slogging through this muddy mess of a fundraiser. We will keep your stuff nice and dry in our bag check area.
